PRIVATE SCHOOL
Our Private School Program is divided into 4 groups:
  • Nursery (6 months – 23 years)
  • Preschool (2 years)
  • Pre-Kindergarten (3-4 years)
  • Elementary School (Kindergarten – 6th Grade)
PRESCHOOL
Preschool students learn their ABCs, months of the year and days of the week, colors and shapes, and how to count. They are introduced to science and conduct simple experiments and have fun with music and art. If your child needs help, we provide assistance with potty training.
SENIOR PRESCHOOL
In Preschool, students begin teaching basic math concepts such as counting. Students build blocks and build with legos.  They learn there ABC's, colors, shapes, days of the week, months of the year, and body parts.  Students are introduced to iPads and teachers use them to reinforce daily lessons.
PRE-Kindergarten
Our Pre-K curriculum mirrors that which is typically taught in kindergarten. Children learn how to print their first and last names and spell simple words. We begin teaching phonics, and rhyming games are used to help children begin to read. Teachers use iPads to reinforce lessons. Every student has 45 minutes of screen time.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Kindergarten through 6th grade -- includes instruction in language arts, reading comprehension, history and social studies, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, math). Students create projects, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned. Students make use of the school’s computer lab and use tablet applications for interactive learning. We offer an accelerated program but will meet children at whatever learning level. Students also take advantage of collaborative learning with groups and with partners. Kindergarten students have weekly ukulele lessons. 1st through 6th grade students have weekly guitar lessons. 1st through 6th grade students have a chess club included in their weekly lesson.
School productions are held every six weeks to showcase what students have learned in math, spelling, and history. Through these school productions, students gain experience with public speaking and presentations. Social studies and science fair projects are a part of student’s curriculum.

Oak Bridge partners with local universities and organizations.

In recognition of academic achievement and other success, we present students with awards. Teachers use formative and summative assessments to track student achievement. Students are assessed formative and summative.
